Interconnect more than 10 L2-switches without having broadcast storms

Hello,

I am student in internship and I have to make an architecture with 2 layer 3 switches and 13 layer 2 switches. So the problem is how can I interconnect my 13 switches without having loops, broadcast storms or latency.

Here is my architecture that I try first in attachement.

that is not the best practice, all should go to Core Switch as star/bus topology (rather a daisy chain)

Thanks for your response.

But i will have another problem because the layer 3 switches have just 16 ports and to ensure the redundancy of all links it will not be possible.

In that case you can make Core-Distribution-access 3 tier.
