      <description>&lt;P&gt;After specifying my network ID and logging on with the owner username/password, I attempted to enroll my devices but I got the following error each time I tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;HTTP error 403: response status code does not indicate success: 403 ().&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Nigel_MC_0-1701856668317.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="image.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/263777i057257CADFC276CE/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Closing the loop on this one, Trusted Access requires SM licenses which when using PDL need to be assigned to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll feedback to the team though that a 403 error isn't the most helpful or informative when trying to enrol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
