      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one of my workers changed the passcode to pattern - he forgot it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to reset the pattern to a code and set this code from the dashboard?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device is in device owner mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you're talking about the "Clear passcode" MDM command found under the device details of a device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Systems Manager&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Devices&lt;/STRONG&gt; and click on the device of which you want to reset the password. Then scroll down to MDM commands and click the &lt;STRONG&gt;Clear passcode&lt;/STRONG&gt; button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Picture1" style="width: 785px;"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="image.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/262986i7298E0A40148D85E/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
