Hi Network-dad

WOW I was expecting a reply on Monday, thanks for getting back to us so quickly.

Yes this was set to allow all apps, but as I went through the list again I noticed Allow Content Ratings for apps was set to 9+.

I changed this to allow all apps and it appeared.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

GBMicros

Hi all

Cant find a solution to this so wondered if anyone else has come across this issue.

We have 25 iPads supervised through MDM.

It has done most of the apps we have set to deploy and most of them appear on the home screen in the folders we have set up in settings.

We uninstalled pic collage as this was one app that wasn’t showing.

We then re-installed it. We can see it start to install in the correct folder but once installed the app icon just disappears.

It still shows as installed in system setting but no icon on the home screen.

There must be about 8 apps that are doing the same thing.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

GBMicros
