Authentication should be using the credentials of a user with the relevant access to that Meraki network, if thats not working I would contact support.

A work around would be to disable enrolment authentication and restrict via IP range instead however this does reduce the level of security but if they are company owned devices I can't see this being a big issue. Obviously this won't work if you have users spread all over the place.

The error message is pretty straightforward, and so should the resolution be. But it's not.
No matter how I try, my login credentials result in "Invalid Login". I checked and tried all my credentials in Meraki:
Organization admin credentials

Network Admin credentials
MDM owner credentials

None of those goes through. I did a password change on some like the MDM owner, but it still fails.

Just in case I was misunderstanding something, I tried all my business manager Apple credentials also, to no avail (no surprise there.)

What could I be missing?
Thank you,

Thank you, Blake.

I don't have access to support cases, and could this be my issue? I'm thinking the MGM is likely a free tool for entities with an existing MERAKI account/contract. I came just for that tool.

I take it back, I found support cases in a different location than expected.
