Is there a way to stop users from disabling Android location service on there tablets and phones.

You can hide the settings application (Use the Android System Apps payload) but that doesn't stop the user from using shortcuts to turn off location

A limitation of android, sadly

It's too bad the SM app does not automatically enforce those settings from a policy, which would thwart the end-user from modifying those permissions long-term.

This is a limitation of the Android Enterprise API: There's no ability for us to prevent users turning location on or off.

Is this something Meraki is going to address in its development?

I believe from @Arthur Dent's reply that the limitation is from the Android side, not the Meraki side. Unless you know of another MDM solution that does force it?
