      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone else experiencing DEP Sync issues since the new Apple Terms were released at the weekend?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have accepted the Terms but still getting Sync errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rich&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue as well.  I hit the Full Sync button around 7 times over the course of an hour or two before I could successfully sync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting this error as well.
