topic Devices in Scope / Azure groups in Endpoint Security

Hi everyone,

A quick question for those who are using Azure / Entra integrations.

When new users are added or groups are synced as Azure tags, I've noticed in the past few hours that the devices associated with these tags are not auto-updating to reflect the changes of who is in that tag.

Does this refresh at fixed rates (example: every 6 hours) or do I need to manually edit all SM Settings/Apps that are utilizing these tags and delete the dynamic tag and readd it, forcing it to refresh the users within the scope?

The sync interval between Azure and Meraki is not officially documented. So I believe the behavior you are seeing with MDM and Azure/Entra dynamic tags not updating immediately is expected due to the way sync works between these systems.

You would ideally want to open a support case to confirm this.
