Hi,

So the goal was to put the device back to the state it was in before we added the work profile. I had to do some digging and research to eventually find the solution that worked. Below is what we did:

Remove google account in settings

Unenroll device from the network

Uninstall SM from the device

Remove device from network

Remove work profile from phone

Reboot

After doing the above, her phone was back to normal. If someone knows an easier method, please do post.

Hi All,

I'm trying to reach Meraki tech support, however in the meantime. I have a staff member with SM on her Android. She is retiring. Its required as she as a BYOD and connecting to company email. We have a policy in place due to an app being used.

What I'm wanting to do is remove her phone from the network so that she can uninstall SM and have her phone back to normal. I don't want her device's data to be erased though. Does anyone know the correct option to select for this? In the dashboard, there are several options including one that will wipe the device.

I haven't done this before so decided to ask the community. Thoughts appreciated
