Prevent endpoints from consuming licenses

Hi,

Is there any way to avoid unmanaged endpoints to continue consuming licenses? Kind of blacklisting the device or similar?

Former employees' laptops no longer managed by my organization still connecting to the cloud and consuming licenses.

If presented with this scenario, I believe I would create a policy and group to move these into. Force an upgrade to the latest connector version, then put the whole group in isolation. This may prompt an uninstall 🙂 ..

How would the upgrade to the latest version force the user to uninstall the connector?

What do you mean with "isolation"? So far, I've created a group for those endpoints and apply an IP blacklist policy that basically blocks tha complete IPv4 range.
