Is there any way we can create our own Reports? This is ridiculous if we can't. I need a report on how many machines in a particular group have a certain version of the connector. So on, & so on.....

Hi,

To distribute custom report email to group of accounts, create a new account in AMP4E console and add the notification email of that group which you defined in mail system as group email. Once created, goto accounts->Users then select the group user, go to account preference and enable critical issues. Now log in with the newly created account, then goto reports tab, create custom reports and enable the Email option.

Click on Management/Computers

Click on Filters, in the filters section click on the "Group" dropdown and click the groups you want.

Click on Apply... The numbers across the top will update.

In the same filter section you can click on the Connector Version and select the versions you want to count... click on Apply...

If you want to play with the data more, there's an "Export to CSV" button at the bottom...

It will send you an email with a link to the CSV.
