&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please provide me with information on what version of the connector you are trying to install and error messages are you seeing during the installation?&lt;BR /&gt;Also, please search the computer and see if a file named immpro_install.log was generated, this file usually get stored in system temp folder or the user temp folder. If the install failed, it could also be created in a temp install folder. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;in our POV, AMP windows 7 connector&amp;nbsp; process fail while install.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any suggestion for this ?&lt;/P&gt;
