topic Quarantine failed on AMP Fire Source dectection in Endpoint Security

Our company has about 32 users that got this message from the attached screen shot. It detected the threat but will not quarantine. It fails to quarantine on every system. When we look at the location of the file, the file isn't there. The threat came via Outlook email attachments to all company users.

My question is why it isn't quarantining the file and it it isn't, is it because the file isn't in the location that AMP is saying it's in?

Hello,

I would kindly ask you open a case with TAC as this is an issue it would require further investigation not to be addressed swiftly.

Regards
