Exclusion list - System State - Windows Server Backup

Dear all,

We're facing some issues when trying to backup the System State from our Windows servers and we believe it is related to AMP.

Is it possbible to include the System State backup process in the AMP's exclusion list?

Depending on which engine is blocking the execution, you can input a Process Exclusion for that process. Information on that is on page 44 of the User Guide. If it is being blocked by Exploit Prevention, you'll need to open a case with TAC for assistance.
