    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ensure the endpoint is connected to the internet.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, was there a recent update that required a reboot that hasn't been completed?&amp;nbsp; If neither of those issues match your situation, I recommend collecting debug diagnostic logs and opening a TAC case.&lt;/P&gt;
