      <title>I can not login in AMP secure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not login in AMP secure X portal, I have created account, but when I am tried I got error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to sign in. Please verify that you have created your account, and try resetting your password. Too many failed password attempts will lock your account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But I can not reset password, I do not receive any mail for resetting&amp;nbsp;password.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can any help me, maybe&amp;nbsp;I need more information to provide you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is to review &lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/securex/sign-on/securex-sign-on-guide/m_new-to-securex.html" target="_self"&gt;this document&lt;/A&gt; and contact TAC for support if more assistance is needed.&lt;BR /&gt;Depending on how your authentication is setup y&lt;SPAN&gt;ou could also try to sign into&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://me.security.cisco.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;me.security.cisco.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and review recent activity or logging into &lt;A href="https://castle.amp.cisco.com/" target="_self"&gt;castle.amp.cisco.com&lt;/A&gt; and review your SAML Configuration if configured.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://castle.amp.cisco.com" target="_self"&gt;castle.amp.cisco.com&lt;/A&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://sign-on.security.cisco.com" target="_self"&gt;sign-on.security.cisco.com&lt;/A&gt;, and &lt;A href="https://sso-apps.security.cisco.com/dashboard" target="_self"&gt;sso-apps.security.cisco.com&lt;/A&gt; allow you to launch SecureX from one of the tiles depending on how authentication is setup for your organization.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since there are a couple of authentication paths, it is hard to provide a more specific answer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
