Removing cisco AMP from pc - forgotten password

if I have amp installed on some workstations and protected by password, but unfortioanloity I don't have access to management counsel and passwords are forgotten , how can I remove it

Then speak to someone who has access. If you don't have access, you should
not do it in the dark.

sorry mohammed , the problem is Whole Server goes down , and it's not available anymore ,
