Hello,

Im getting error installing Cisco Secure Endpoint "Failed to stop the Cisco Secure Endpoint service, cannot proceed with the update"

In log:

Running Pre-Install Verification...
Extract: C:\Users\MARKWI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\AMP.Installer\{82376BA4-4794-8237-82381D1B-392FFFCCCFDD1A5C}\WdfCoInstaller01009.dll
Found Version 0. Upgrading to 7.5.3.20938

I used to have AMP on the system but I deleted it through unistaller in Windows save mode

And now when I need to return it, I am faced with this error

Can I somehow clear delete the previous version of AMP, already tried: amp_install_package.exe /R /S /remove 1

Good day, does the (logged in) account Users\MARKWI~1 you are using have admin rights to install/remove?

Does/did the connector have protection password?
