Hello,

I follow the progress of the installation of Cisco connectors for my collaborators.

My goal is to identify laggards who haven't installed the antivirus yet.

From the console, I can't find the usernames, I only see the hostname of the computers.

Is there a way to find this information to accomplish my works.

Do you have an idea.

Thanks.

Its not in the Secure Endpoint Console...

You have to go to SecureX Device Insights, and if I remember correctly, you have to have Orbital deployed, which requires Secure Endpoint Advantage or higher.

That's correct @Ken Stieers - Advantage license plus Orbital enabled in the policies is required to retrieve that info (along with a lot more if it's of interest).

Orbital is what queries the endpoints and makes the data available via the Device Insights page in SecureX.
