    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Community,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Environment : &lt;EM&gt;Private Cloud Administration Portal&lt;/EM&gt; Version&amp;nbsp;4.2.6_202508291712 and&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Secure Endpoint&amp;nbsp;v5.4.2025081121&lt;/EM&gt; , both the latest. Upon upgrade a dozen of the amp sensor from&amp;nbsp;8.4.3.30374 to version&amp;nbsp;8.5.0.30549 we had a significant increase of&amp;nbsp;Cloud Query Failure Rate (&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/secure-endpoint-private-cloud/222842-troubleshoot-cloud-query-latency-and-clo.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/secure-endpoint-private-cloud/222842-troubleshoot-cloud-query-latency-and-clo.html&lt;/A&gt;), we created a TAC case and the final conclusion was because of the sensor version&amp;nbsp;8.5.0.30549 - was a faulty one (we couldn't uninstall\reinstalling to the previous one&amp;nbsp;8.4.3.30374 because of the production environment ).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now after upgrading all the affected sensors from&amp;nbsp;8.5.0.30549 to&amp;nbsp;8.6.0.30578 &amp;nbsp;it's still he same.&lt;BR /&gt;If you encounter any issue like this and you the the answer just let me know.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
