Hi there,

If we change a customized enrolment string of a network with users assigned to that network from that customized enrolment string. Would it interfere with the MDM on their devices?

Good question to confirm, but no! Devices which were previously enrolled with a different enrollment string will remain enrolled fine when enrollment string is changed after enrollment. Just notify your users of the new enrollment string to use for new device enrollments, and you'll be good! Existing enrollments will remain checking-in fine.
