    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wireless clients having Windows XP installed, they can not authenticat to the network using user-based authentication. while they connect to the WIFI they alwasy get this error message saying "Windows was unable to fine a certificate to log you on to the network"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other wireless clients having windows 7 or 8&amp;nbsp; , they can connect normaly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the issue with windows xp clients why xp clients can not connect ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

Adapter/Properties/Authentication.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the error displayed on the Windows Supplicant it seems that you are using EAP-TLS (User Certificate Authentication). If that is the case you need to check if the Windows XP OS has the ID certificate for the user installed under the Personal ID store for the OS to use that certificate during authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carlos.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
