Dear Experts,

I have some questions on ACS.

1) Is it possible to display banner MOTD for this version 4.2.1..?

2) It works with TACACS or TACACS+ ? Bcoz in audit they found like it runs with TACACS, How to change it to TACACS+..?

This was not there in the earlier version and there was an enhancment filed. It's supported in 4.2.1.15

CSCsw98391 TACACS ACS Application does not display a Message Of The Day MOTD Banner

You can enter motd text in Administration Control->Access policy. This will be shown in the login page

Cisco Secure ACS 4.2 does use Tacacs+. Tacacs+ is a cisco proprietary protocol. When you add any AAA client on ACS", you've to use Authenticate with TACACS+ (Cisco IOS) under network configuration.
