ACS ISO file?

I am trying to install ACS 5.4 on a VM server, and it says to use the ISO file, but I dont see an ISO other than the boot.iso file on the disk shipped from Cisco.

I am trying to install it on a remote server through the VMsphere client using my local DVD drive. I made an ISO of the DVD and used the connect to iso image on local machine and it didn't do anything on boot.

Been there, done that, still does not state what the file name of the ISO is. I have the physical DVD in my hand, place it in my drive, only one file on the entire disk that is ISO is boot.iso. When I use that ISO, it boots up the CENTOS, not the ACS installation.

I created an ISO from the DVD and mounted that and it did not recognize it.
