ISE, NAD Authentication failled.

Hello.

I have the problem. I added to ISE the device 3750X. As snmp password I use qwerty12, password for the radius password qwerty12.

On the device, the following configuration file:

aaa server radius dynamic-author

client 192.168.100.21 server-key qwerty12

client 192.168.100.22 server-key qwerty12

and

radius-server host 192.168.100.21 auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813 test username test idle-time 1 key qwerty12

radius-server host 192.168.100.22 auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813 test username test idle-time 1 key qwerty12

But in ISE Operation - Autentications I find "Authentication failed : 22040 Wrong password or invalid shared secret"

ISE, NAD Authentication failled.

Hello Alexey,

The user or device may not be supplying the correct credentials or RADIUS key to match with the external authentication source. Verify that the user credentials that are entered on the client machine are correct, and verify that the RADIUS server shared secret is correctly configured in both the NAD and Cisco ISE (they should be the same).
