Cisco ACS 5.3 not getting Single Result Selection under Identity

Hi,

Please guide after clicking on below path we are not getting option as should be reflected.

Below is the snapshots for the issues.

Identity

Kindly advice why identity source is not reflecting. It is not browser problem, I have checked with other browser as well.

I'll be highly obliged for proper answer.

It does look like a browser problem. Which version of browsers did you try? Did you try imternet explorer as well as firefox?

ACS 5.4 patch 1 introduced additional browser support. See the following CDETS which refers to your specific problem:

CSCuc13958: ACS5: Pages do not display correct when using FireFox version 15

From the description of the CDETS

"for example when browsing to Access Policies and trying to see the identity rules the page does not render."

Dear Jrabinow,

We are using Firefox 20.0.1 and Internet Explorer 10.

Moreover ACS version is 5.3.0.40.

The result is same for the both browser.

Can see the supported browser versions in the following doc:

Neither of the versions you mention is supported in 5.3

Is there a ie9 compatability mode for ie10? If so I would try that
