However just wanted to add little more to this discussion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The credentials used to login to the ACS CLI are entirely different than those used to authenticate at the ACS GUI screen and have absolutely nothing to do with credentials specified elsewhere in the network (such as on an Active Directory server).&amp;nbsp; So if you have lost/forgot the ACS CLI credentials, the only way to recover them is to use Recovery DVD mentioned above by Aqeel.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have lost the user/pass of command line interface of our ACS, but we can access by Web Interface with all the privileges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are trying create one user from web interface for the command line interface, but I don´t find the manner of do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I create one user in &amp;lt;system Administration &amp;lt; Accounts&amp;nbsp; with all roles, but this user doesn´t work in command line interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is possible to create one user for command line interface from web interface?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You must explicitly create users with access to the CLI.
