we configured 802.1x , machine and user are authenicated and get thier profiles based on authorization policy from ISE.

for support purposes , we are using microsoft Remote desktop to access remote machines.

the problem is when i login on remote machine with RDP , the NAD (switch) dispaly logoff status and not detect that new remotly user login now,

which cause some issues due to applied ACL in logoff state.

I've had the same experience. It seems Windows supplicant does not authenticate when the user logs on remotely via RDP. (Even if the RDP arrives on WLAN interface.) Actually, I can understand the reasons.
