What version of 5.2 do you have installed? Do you have any patches?

Looking through the CDETS fixed in patches in ACS 5.2 I see the following which seems close but I do not think that you defined a default value in your case

CSCtj89705: ACS 5 Import of internal user attribute fails for attribute with default

This is fixed in patch 3.

Hello,

in our acs 5.2 I would like to add a fixed IP for some of the users. So I added an "Assign static IP address" field in the Internal User dictionary:

As I have to add around 300 fixed IP, I tried to import an csv file (see attached my test2.csv file) .

As the user already exist, I use the File operation upload

In the Log window, no error message appears after import.

But the IP address field is still empty. The funny thing is, if I change an existing IP address from an existing user via update, it works.

Does anybody has an idea, what is wrong?

Thank you and kind regards

Martin
