      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a thread on this forum and a bug that mentions if you are doing eap-tls machine and user authentication (or eap chaining) that the agent will be in a constant loop. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are having some issues with the agent not popping up can you run a packet capture utitlity to see if the packets are being sent out on tcp or udp 8905 and/or udp 8906?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tarik Admani &lt;BR /&gt;*Please rate helpful posts*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
