NAC certificate issue .

Dear NAC Experts ,

I am getting some issue which prevented all the users to access internet.

I can login to CAM and when I try to login to CAS it says the following :-

Network Error:

Clean Access Server could not establish a secure connection to Clean Access Manager at 192.168.10.247.

This could be due to one or more of the following reasons: 1) Clean Access Manager certificate has expired

2) Clean Access Manager certificate cannot be trusted or 3) Clean Access Manager cannot be reached.

Please report this to your network administrator.

Since, I am new one NAC and dont know much about it . I did google and saw some post says to generate self assigned SSL Certificate .

We do not have any public CA. we are using self assigned certificate on both the devices.

Any help is highly appriciated as it became critical and we may remove the entire NAC for the time being if it doesnot work .

Users(PC)-----------------------switch-------------------------------------NAC MAnager .

--------------------------------------NAC Server.

and also help me , if i have to remove entire nac solution than what all changes I need to do on switch and in network.

so here , I regenerated Certificate on CAM and CAS individually and imported each others certificated to each other and put it as trusted .

, after I tried to rejoin it and it worked.

so my CAM is connected to CAS .
