    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if tool are you using for console?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you dont mind put a monitor and keyboard and try it. some times console tool does show it properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it doesnt work just burn the dvd again maybe the dvd is damaged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rate if helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nitesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have to reset/recover admin-CLI password. I had posed the question in &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://community.cisco.com/message/3695633#3695633" target="_blank"&gt;https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3695633#3695633&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now as per the CLI-admin password recovery procedure at&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ise/1.0/install_guide/ise10_postins.html#wp1179256" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ise/1.0/install_guide/ise10_postins.html#wp1179256&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have inserted DVD in the hardware appliance, but I don't see any prompt with these options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Welcome to Cisco Identity Services Engine - ISE 3355 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;A name="wp1158786" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;#&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; To boot from hard disk press &amp;lt;Enter&amp;gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;A name="wp1158787" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;#&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Available boot options: "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; just see login prompt ( and of course, I cannot login because I don't&amp;nbsp; know the password).
