What's can be probleme?

2- A user were connected to the ISE network and worked normally. He decides to change his pc host name. Since this action, he is not able to get an IP address from the DHCP server. However, when I check the ISE, I saw him authenticated and on his attached switch interface, his DACL is downoad properly. I append a static IP on his NIC, the problem still remain. What'can be problem?
