      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Jonn,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if I understood your question, but you can only access CSUtil app from the server that's running the ACS, so you will need to console/RDP to that box in order to use it. Besides this app is only to retrieve information from the server or add VSAs but there is not an option in CSUtil that will allow you access a different ACS.
