ISE 2.2 Web GUI password problem

Hi,

I've installed ISE 2.2 on sns-3415. But after the setup process, I couldn't login Web GUI with the username and password which I specify in setup process. Unlike Web gui, I can login CLI with the username and password. I know the application password reset commands via CLI, and I've reset password successfully but that didn't work either. i can still login CLI but cant login Web gui.

ise01#show application status ise

Most probably there were something like a timeline for the lock out process. Because when I've tried to log in today, I could log in fine with the new password. So thank you apheasomsovan for your help, I solved my problem.
