      <title>ACS 5.2 remote database setting problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed ACS 5.2 appliance and try to backup report to remote database(MS SQL Server 2005) using remote database settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the database is empty and the job in scheduler is failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I check MonitoringAndReportingScheduler.log and found the log message in the attached file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to find out answer in Cisco Support Community but found nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I google an article almost the same condiction as mine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.experts-exchange.com/Microsoft/Development/MS-SQL-Server/SQL-Server-2005/Q_26931183.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.experts-exchange.com/Microsoft/Development/MS-SQL-Server/SQL-Server-2005/Q_26931183.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder what database configuration should I alter to meet the requirement of this report backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because there is nothing about database in ACS configuration guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone succefully using this function?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; I have changed database collation from SQL Latin to no SQL and it's working." in the article mean?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advanced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
