ISE to AD join problem

HI Team ,

I am getting below error while AD to ISE join . can someone help to point out what could be reason .

Error Description: Failed to find domain controller, please check network connectivity

Support Details...
Error Name: LW_ERROR_FAILED_FIND_DC
Error Code: 40049

Detailed Log:

Error Description :
Failed to find domain controller in domain 10.101.X.X : There are no available DC`s

Error Resolution :
Please make sure that one of the DC`s is reachable and it`s not configured as RODC. For further information please refer to the AD diagnostic tools

You domain name is a subnet

Your domain name is a subnet address? Unless it is, you need to provide the actual domain name which resolves in the configured DNS server.

Hi Marvin,

Thanks a lot . It is the IP address of the domain , our DNS was not resolving the name correctly . Now its working fine . Appreciate your help .

You use wrong domain name here. It could not be as IP address.
