    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From looking at your attachment it would appear that the secondary ACS is trying to PXE boot from the network, is this how it should boot normally?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then you might want to adjust the boot sequence for this device (BIOS setup) or, if the device was supposed to boot from a local disk first and then the network perhaps the local disk failed and is unavailable forcing the device to try booting from the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wanted check that I am getting this logs and our seconde ACS is not working, I am not able to ping or access the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems crashed, attached the logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-3349481-47600/acs.JPG" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.cisco.com/legacyfs/online/legacy/0/0/6/47600-acs.JPG" alt="acs.JPG" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" height="304" width="450" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advice what action needs to done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Saji&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
