How to get temporal agent on offline ISE node?

Hello,

We are working on a long-running ISE pilot for a customer using 2.3. Of course, in the customer environment the ISE node cannot access the internet. I tried to look for the temporal agent in the offline policy feed service update but that’s only about 800k so I presume that executibles for Windows/Mac don’t live in there.

Where does one fine the temporal agent files or get them onto an ISE node that is offline? What I have read is that a “fresh install” should include such files.

Thanks!

Well what are you using for the client agent? Anyconnect 4.X has the agent built in to it, as for windows

Hello, we are doing a test case without AnyConnect - using the temporal/dissolvable agent.

We have completed the testing with AnyConnect.

The files for Windows and macOS are there in a fresh install of ISE 2.3+.

In case your setup is upgraded, and if you are a customer, please open a TAC case. If partners, open a partner help desk ticket. I can't provide you one because unable to confirm whether your setup entitled for ISE Apex licensing.
