      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help, please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 2 Cisoc ACSs, one is 4.0 and another one is 4.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need to upload all users and groups from 4.0 to the 4.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any way to do that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Backup and restoration is not working dut to versions incompatibility&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankx in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is upgrade an option ? if so then upgrade 4.0 to 4.2, if 4.0 is in production then take a backup of ACS 4.0 , load it on another ACS running 4.0 and upgrade that ACS to 4.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
