      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;AFAIK, it can only be used to to restore onto that server (or another server - such as a test or evaluation unit - running the same verison of ACS). Opening in an editor will not give one any useful information as the data is all encoded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
