If there is no patch then please apply the latest patch for code 4.2 that is 17.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #800000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #800000;"&gt;Apart from that Could you please turn the services logging to full under System&amp;nbsp; Configuration -&amp;gt; Service Control.&lt;BR /&gt;When the problem happens again please collect a Package.Cab.       <title>AAA service getting stopped automatically</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using ACS solution engine 1113 running with 4.2.0.124 software image&amp;nbsp; .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now suddenly from last week&amp;nbsp; ACS services are getting stopped automatically and users will not be able to authenticate . Once after starting the services manually everything works fine .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone please help me in finding the root cause .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Angus&lt;/P&gt;</description>
