ACS4.1 UCP Error ???

Hi Experts,

After configuration UCP on ACS4.1, the url prompts for Username and Password but after giving login, it gives an error on next page (Attached).

Please help me as i need to meet the timeline for the project.

Hi Reza,

Please configure IIS to allow tthe unknown CGI extensions.

Use the Web Service Extension page in IIS manager window and set the status of Allow Unkown CGI Extensions to allowed.

Hi,

It is enabled/allowed already but it is not working for the ACS4.1. It takes the prompt username password locally as well as remotely but after login and prssing submit button, it gives error. somewhat 404 error.

Hi Reza,

Please check the permissions of the window user account set to run the IIS service. It is possible that you may be hitting the bug CSCsc52660.

Problem has been solved after re-installation of UCP and re-defining of the virtual directories.
