      <title>ACS administration page https fail to connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to access to the admin page of&amp;nbsp; CISCO ACS 4.1 Software !! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First i was able to connect with http and https, the certification (for https) was ' auto-assigning certification' but after a modification by error of the local administrator , they change auto-assigning to CA externe. After that, a message appear ' certification expire error -8101'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to create a new certification in The CA and install it to ACS server; don't work &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Great problem is i can't access the ACS web page to change the configuration. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(telnet or SSH don't work)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tell me please if they is some modification i can do solve this issue !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might need to re-image it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other option is,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Per bug &lt;SPAN style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://cdetsweb-prd.cisco.com/apps/goto?identifier=CSCsm85466"&gt;CSCsm85466&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://wwwin.cisco.com/ios/cets/pdi/cbms/cdets/legend.shtml" target="_blank" title="Help"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" height="15" src="http://cdetsweb-prd.cisco.com/apps/files/xslt/help.png" width="15" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Enhancement request for ACS to remove the Https configuration, Cisco provided a script to remove https from the configuration for ACS windows.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If yours is ACS for &lt;/STRONG&gt;windows, you can use that script to remove it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have ACS appliance, you can do a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. backup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. restore it on ACS for windows,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. use the script to remove https config&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. backup it and then restore it on ACS appliance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open a TAC case to get help on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
