I have gone through the config and made sure that the server is not configured as a RADIUS server. I have exported the config as an XML file and it is not there either. However if I look at the running config the server is listed there. I thought about exporting the config as an XML file and then reimporting the XML file. Has anyone seen this issue. I have seen this problem for the last few versions of code.
