    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just installed acs 5.1 , everything work fine expect monitoring and reports tools.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no data, status not available in the dashboards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I saw hit count in the access policies for my 2 rules and users said that is working but I can't troubleshoot and I have no statistics.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rebooted the ACS yesterday before that I tried to restard services, I pass over all my configuration and it seems ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also configure to syslog on an other box and I send nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have open a case with Cisco but waiting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested it in the lab with vmware version and everything works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone hads the same problem ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the ACS 5.1 comes with the monitoring and troubleshooting tool called ACS view.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you purchase the ACS Enterprise or the ACS Express?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Federico.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
