    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where are your users stored?&amp;nbsp; In ACS or in some other system like MS Active Directory?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**edit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are talking to AD and you worked out your certs and all that junk with AD, one thing I saw with the WLC controllers specifically with the ones that go into the 6500's is they talk to ACS on multiple IP's.&amp;nbsp; I had to setup the&amp;nbsp; Network Devices on the ACS for both the management IP of the WLC and the control IP in the specific VLANs wireless clients were going to be depostied in.&amp;nbsp; *see attached*&amp;nbsp; It took a call to tac to find it and in their words "oh thats kinda odd".&amp;nbsp; hth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
