Generally this is either a bug (possibly already fixed) or an unexpected error condition arising from a mis-config.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to speak to the TAC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everybody&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a ACS Appliance running version 4.2 ==&amp;gt; ACS 4.2.0.124.12-Fix where the function is just for authenticate users by &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;protocol RADIUS against a Active Directory - Microsoft.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Remote Agents are running,  AAA Clients and Server are OK and the External User Database (AD TREE) are mapped. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When starting a authentication it doesn't work and in the FAILED ATTEMPS ACTIVE, the AUTHENTICATION CODE FAILURE is " INTERNAL ERROR "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which tests can i perform ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I doesn't found good documentations about " INTERNAL ERROR "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
