HTTPS auth-proxy on PIX/ASA

Is it possible to use other server's certificate (instead of ASA's) for HTTPS auth-proxy authentication?

If I try to import it using crypto ca import command I get this message:

ERROR: Public key contained in the device certificate doesn't match the device's

public key <Default-RSA-Key> configured for trustpoint SP.

Device certificate is not installed.

Why don't you setup a custom page and use the redirect method?
