Is there a script that runs on a UNIX/Linux web server, that can communicate with the ACS server securely and allow users to change their passwords?

I am pretty sure you can configure such script, as for Cisco's solution there is one called UCP User Changeable Password and it is installed on an external webserver, this allows users to change ACS internal DB passwords.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_server_for_windows/4.2/installation/guide/user_passwords/ucp.html

There is a web server application called User Changeable Password (UCP), but is only supported on Windows Platforms.

To install UCP, you must have a web server that runs Microsoft IIS 5.0 (included with Windows 2000)

or 6.0 (included with Windows Server 2003).

So there is no other utility that runs on UNIX/Linux that you recommend? Unfortunately we do not have a windows based web server to run UCP.

Unfortunately not from Cisco, yet just a litle piece of advise, you can, I belive, set a virtual machine for this.
